Join us Thursday January 25th for our Wine School. We will taste and discuss 6 different wines with our host of the evening Brian Summerscale of Tawse Winery.
We will travel together through a sensory journey accompanied with hors doeurves created especially for the evening by Chef Tobias.
Tawse unites traditional winemaking techniques with state-of-the-art technology to create wines of exceptional elegance, depth and character.
Tawse was named 'Canadian Winery of the Year' by Canadian Wine Access Magazine both in 2010 and 2011. This is the first time an Ontario winery has won this distinction two years in a row. Also in 2011 Winemaker, Paul Pender, was named Winemaker of the Year at the Ontario Wine Awards.
